feat(utils): 添加切片元素计数功能

新增CountSliceElements函数用于统计切片中各元素的出现次数,
返回map[元素]出现次数的映射关系,支持任意可比较类型的切片元素。

fix(config): 调整地图配置模型默认值设置

修改MapPit结构体中的MinLevel和MaxLevel字段设置,
将数据库约束改为非空并设置默认值为1,确保等级范围配置的有效性。

fix(item): 修复物品数量判断逻辑

- 将物品数量判断从 `!= 0` 改为 `> 0`,确保只有正数才添加到列表中
- 将物品检查逻辑从 `< 1` 改为 `<= 0`,确保正确处理边界情况
- 在物品更新方法中增加ID为0的防护,避免无效操作

fix(game): 修复扭蛋游戏物品数量检查类型错误

- 将egg game play中的物品数量比较从uint32改为int32类型
- 修改Item模型中ItemCnt字段类型为int32
- 更新CheakItem方法返回类型为int32
- 移除item service中多余的空行
