build(vscode): 更新 VS Code 构建任务配置

优化了 `.vscode/tasks.json` 中的构建任务结构，去除多余空行并统一格式，
提升可读性和维护性。同时在 `.gitignore` 中新增忽略项
`public/logic-linux-amd64`，避免将编译产物提交到版本控制中。
