build(workflow): 调整logic服务编译和上传逻辑

- 将编译输出目录从根目录改为build目录
- 创建build目录并修改编译命令路径
- 更新七牛云上传配置，使用build目录作为上传源
- 移除不必要的exclude配置
- 更新artifact上传路径以匹配新的编译输出位置
